The system
A unistrut-based roof rack system
Halo is four 3D-printed corners that turn standard unistrut channel into a rigid roof rack, sized to your van's own fixing points. Plan it in 3D, order the parts, cut the channel to length and bolt it on.

What you order
Corners and hardware to build the halo
The 3D-printed corners and the hardware that goes with them: steel angle brackets for every corner, and tees, spring nuts and bolts for any cross beams. Add the optional roof mounting kit, tailored to your van, and every part is in one basket.

A full cutting list for the unistrut
The planner generates the complete cutting list for your van, so there is no guesswork: two sides, two end cross members and any extra cross beams, each to the millimetre. Order the channel directly from us: coming soon.

Optional
Cross beams and their hardware
Add as many cross beams as your load needs, anywhere along the rack. Each one comes with its channel tees, spring nuts and bolts, so it locks between the sides with nothing extra to buy.

The roof mounting kit
Everything to bolt the rack straight to the roof: spacers matched to your roof's curve, stainless bolts in the right lengths, penny washers, sealing washers and threaded roof inserts, for every mounting point.
