Refund policy

Something wrong with it? If anything arrives damaged, doesn't match its description or fails in normal use within 30 days, we'll replace it or refund it in full, including your postage. After 30 days, we'll repair or replace. Send us a photo and your order number and we'll sort it, usually the same day.
