Full set of spacers for the VW Crafter (2018+) / MAN TGE. Pick your wheelbase, L3 H3 (MWB) or L4 H3 (LWB), and the channel profile you are building with.
Each spacer is 40 mm diameter with an M8 clearance bore, and carries its fixing point number and height on the top face to aid with installation as per the included instruction manual.
The 41 × 21 channel is 20 mm shallower, so its kit is 20 mm taller at every point and the rack finishes at the same height.
If you have 21mm unistrut and want it to sit lower, order the 41mm version (as these are 20mm shorter) however please be aware that flush fitting cross beams may not fit and will have to be mounted on top of the longest channels

All hardware is included: M8 bolts cut to length for every point, spring, penny and rubber washers. Rivnuts are not supplied.
The corners are the easy part: pick 41 mm or 21 mm to suit the channel you like. Everything around them has to be sized to your van. The Halo planner draws your rack in 3D on your own roof, then gives you every unistrut length to the millimetre, plus the spacer height and bolt length at each fixing point.
