For added strength and stability, each corner set also includes a 3mm stainless steel angle bracket to fix directly to each channel using self drilling screws (included).

The corners are the easy part: pick 41 mm or 21 mm to suit the channel you like. Everything around them has to be sized to your van. The Halo planner draws your rack in 3D on your own roof, then gives you every unistrut length to the millimetre, plus the spacer height and bolt length at each fixing point.
